    Put them both in jail. The employee deserves it for the stupidity of using social media. The boss deserves it for being a SJW.

    This is my idea which I call anti-Totalitarian Commitment. To impose maximum practical legal consequences on those who impose unjust consequences on others.

    Here in VA juries determine guilt AND set the sentence, which judges rarely reduce. It's why the guilty will opt for a bench trial if possible or cut a plea deal because juries hand out vastly heavier sentences than judges.

    Not enough info. What happened just before the LTE committed the aggravated assault? Were words exchanged? Did the LTE assault at the same time they were fired? Few days/months later?

    Sorry. If you (royal you) want me to use Jury Nullification then I need more info.

    I guess I was too broad. Every juror may use his/her own criteria for Jury Nullification. My point is that Jury Nullification is a legal option.
