Heller is a SCOTUS opinion....not a list of natural rights

 

It sounds like you're saying that you don't think you have a right to defend yourself from an attacker.

 

In fact it never says natural right though you may assume constitutional right created by the government

Rights do not exist outside of a government. You can do whatever you can get away with

So before the formation of our government, did man not have the unencubered ability to speak freely and worship as he wished, something endowed by nature?

 

He could speak as he chose ....unless his neighbor did not like it and told him to shut up or he would kill him. LOL

 

His neighbor was not the government that created a system to kill him.
Our fathers saw government abuse of these natural abilities when across the pond and then created a document limiting government powers so these abuses would not happen in the new government.

Our fathers deemed these abilities as natural rights.
The concept of government afforded rights are known as human rights.
There is a difference.
