    For the GOP, "End the culture wars", people are sick of them and it would appeal to the floating voters.

    For the DNC, "Renew America", play to the middle and seem less aggressive.

    You had a riot, damage was caused, police officers were hurt, 4 of the protesters died of natural causes and one unarmed woman was shot dead by the police despite not posing any threat. And that's it. What am I missing exactly?
