It creates a context that if you, as the receiver of the drivers license or service that automatically registers you as a voter, and you vote, you cannot be held criminally liable for your having voted as an illegal resident. Welcome central america is the enactment of all fo the bought and paid for votes, who, frankly, don't even have to actually vote, their registrations can automatically generate a ballot that can also now be legally harvested and submitted on their behalf. Oh, and that doesn't induce any liability for those who cast votes on behalf of others. Of course there will never be fraud, huh>> This is the Democratic vision which looks like obvious fraud to the rest of us.

It's a reference to ineligible voters not being held responsible if their names mistakenly appear on voter rolls as eligible through no fault of their own.

What would context add here? He was talking about making sure that the election couldn't be stolen by Trump. So, as he says, he's assembled the best team ever, in the history of American politics, to engage in election fraud.

Now, you can stammer all you want suggesting he "misspoke" but did he? Given the events of the election, her sure seems to have been telling the truth.

    Sorry, but no. Read this.

You've been caught purposely making a false assertion. Color me unsurprised.

I can't find anything online that speaks of this. Can you link the specific part of the bill that assesses your contention?

High voter turnout, even as high as 90 percent is not impossible.

That is off topic and admittedly I am not a doctor but I would have thought the .03 micron virus was typically imbedded in the 100 to 1000 micron water droplets that escape when you cough?

Are you claiming that 100 percent of virus things emanating from your mouth are not encased in saliva droplets?

Thanks. I will get back to you in 2025 after I have finished reading it...

I was under the impression that your critique of the hr1 bill was based on a specific portion you could point out or a media outlet you read. You can't help me out here?

It's is a pretty lengthy read. Blame government lawyers...
    Title I — Election Access

This title aims to modernize voter registration and take other steps to improve voting access in federal elections.

Out of 327 wards, 90 of them were above 90%. I guess they sold you on it.

Do you have a problem with people coughing on you? Again, you seem to be a easy sell. They have you programed right were they want you.

90 wards with over 90% turnout, never recorded in US history, you bought it.
Wearing a 10 micron mask for a ,03 micron virus that has over a 98% recovery rate, you bought it.
Wonder what you will buy into next.

I didn’t vote for Biden. But thank you for admitting there was no fraud in the 2020 election.

I wasn't sold. Those were the official numbers. Proving otherwise is on you.

Yes. I have a problem with people coughing on me. Your point?

More of the same. Thanks for the wrap up.

Yep, I also bought that we went to the moon and Lindbergh crossed the Atlantic even though before they happened it was never recorded in us history.
Yep, I also bought that a 10 micron will stop 100 microns.

No. Like winning the lottery and getting hit by lightening at the same time.

It's nothing we don't understand, which exactly how we know it's impossible.

If you will buy into 90 wards all having voter tallies over 90%, you can be sold just about anything. But thats what they depend on. Those gullible enough to not even question the most idiotic claims.

You've made a few inferences there without actually proving anything. Masks work to help prevent the spread of COVID. Only those who demand the "LIBERTY" to be infected and infect those around them believe otherwise.

So even when the manufacture of ear loop mask state on the box, will not protect you from Covid, people like yourself will regurgitate what ever you hear of CNN.

Tell everyone how a 10 micron mask can stop a .03 micron virus
Tell everyone how you know more than the manufacture of the mask
Tell everyone how these mask work when cities like NY who have masked up and locked down claim to have over 2000 Covid deaths per million population but states like Florida who don't abide by these mandates have 155 death per million

The masks debate is closely linked to another divisive question: how does the virus travel through the air and spread infection?

The moment a person breathes or talks, sneezes or coughs, a fine spray of liquid particles takes flight. Some are large — visible, even — and referred to as droplets; others are microscopic, and categorized as aerosols. Viruses including SARS-CoV-2 hitch rides on these particles; their size dictates their behaviour.

Droplets can shoot through the air and land on a nearby person’s eyes, nose or mouth to cause infection. But gravity quickly pulls them down. Aerosols, by contrast, can float in the air for minutes to hours, spreading through an unventilated room like cigarette smoke.

What does this imply for the ability of masks to impede COVID-19 transmission? The virus itself is only about 0.1 µm in diameter. But because viruses don’t leave the body on their own, a mask doesn’t need to block particles that small to be effective. More relevant are the pathogen-transporting droplets and aerosols, which range from about 0.2 µm to hundreds of micrometres across. (An average human hair has a diameter of about 80 µm.) The majority are 1–10 µm in diameter and can linger in the air a long time, says Jose-Luis Jimenez, an environmental chemist at the University of Colorado Boulder. “That is where the action is.”
