I was just thinking about a comedy sketch I could write... but... On the topic of 'going everywhere', I wonder then, where have you been? I know where I've been 'pretty much'. Say places you been, randomly or whatever, that come to you, that you remember... I've been to Delaware. I've been to Wembley Stadium 'the old/original one' with my school when I was 12 and we were given the VIP tour and everything and got to stand in the Royal Box and BBC Sports Box. etc etc, the tour guide even mentioned Guns N' Roses played there 'and other big bands' and when we were there, Oasis was playing that week and one of them, either Noel or Liam has on their own tour walking around and had his own tour guide and we waved to him/he waved back, took a 90's style snapshot of it on a old camera with film, looks like an ant since the place was so big and the camera had no zoom. - Got to see the home locker room (back when David Beckham/Michael Owen) played for England at the national home stadium. Football/Soccer team, big deal/way cool. I've walked through that tunnel from the locker room to the pitch but, wasn't allowed on the pitch. Also, the soccer nets were taken out and it had rugby posts erected instead. Got shown this special plastic thing they was laying down to protect the pitch with in preparation for that concert that they used every time there was a big show at Wembley. In the Royal Box my class lined up to pose with this replica World Cup trophy like the one in 1966 that was stolen and found by a dog in a park by a pond at Crown Point. I've lived near that pond near that park where the dog found the stolen World Cup trophy. It was actually pretty close to me when I lived at Crownpoint when my family moved up to there from South Norwood.
I love to travel. It has been a major goal of my life. I’ve been to all the countries of Western Europe and lived in Germany for a year and Austria for four years. I've been to the Eastern European countries of Slovenia, Croatia, Macedonia, Hungary, Serbia, and the Czech Republic. I have spent whole summers in the Czech Republic, Portugal, Italy, the UK, Greece ( twice), France (twice), Spain (twice), and Albania. Also have been to Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt (2x), India (2x), Turkey, the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, mainland China (2x), Hong Kong, & Canada (several times). Have twice driven across the US from Oregon to NY and back so have visited quite a few states and spent time in NYC 3x. In addition to driving across the country, have been to DC, Florida, Texas, & California (several times).
I've lived in Michigan, California and now Arizona. I've been stationed in Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina and Japan. I've driven every one of the 48 when we were full timing it for four years. I've sailed to Hawaii.
Great place to go. Nathan's hot dogs & French fries - yum! Good pizza joints, too. Pleasant atmosphere.
