I agree that that's what people with half a brain think. But those of us with a complete brain know that's BS.

 

First of all, I didn't say anything about banning an entire class of weapons like "assault" weapons. Second, people agree that banning all handguns is a bridge too far so how is that disingenuous?

 

A) I didn't say you did advocate for banning
B) It's disingenuous to say they want to ban "assault" weapons because of the threat they pose when handguns pose a bigger threat given how many more times a handgun is used in cases of murder and mass shootings.
