I agree with that... Impeachment is the PROCESS of the hearings, not the actual removal of Trump from office...

They can probably simulate that with all the Dem committee's doing oversight separately, but doing them under the heading of "Impeachment hearings" will get them the publicity and coverage the country needs...

The adulterous bankrupt con liar in chief, I stopped paying attention to what he says after his two thousandth lie.

Immigration analysts have said e-verify alone would be more effective than a wall. Coupled with large employer penalties — that people like trump would hate — and ending illegals ability to collect government benifits and the problem would mostly end itself.

Only an absolute moron believes someone is going to abandon their home, sell all of their positions and hire a coyote, then walk hundreds of miles will get to a wall and go “oh well, we tried” and turn back. We would need a wall spanning the entire border and going several miles out to sea for this to even be a possibility and that is if the wall is impenetrable — so far all of trumps wall concepts have failed simple breach tests.

Estimates for a wall are currently running around $23 million per mile — or $46 billion for a wall stretching the entire border — and that does not even include eminent domain lawsuits or water crossings, since government estimates are usually 50% - 200% off we could be looking at a $100 billion dollar project that still would only stop 20% of illegals. That’s beyond sheer stupidity

So the Republican Senate and Republican House refusing to fund this inane monument to trump is the fault of Democrats. That’s an interesting take.

Very accurate take. But "inane monument to Trump?" I guess that is how open borders, anti National Security, people look at it.

Attempting to keep the NDP leadership from orchestrating another Government shutdown appears to have required quite a bit of negotiating. Sad, but a reality of the times.

Of course the Republicans apparently couldn't keep the NDP leadership from proving their pro illegal alien pandering, given their actions to increase the number of people who will have to be immediately released after illegally entering the country.

What are you going to say when the dems use the same technique to do something about gun control or climate change or whatever. You paved the way for the eventuality.

The problem centers on giving the radical left and their media ministries too much credit for being intelligent enough to understand what is spoken.

I don't think there is anything that can be done about that.

It's before my time on this forum, but I'm guessing they saw the boogie man in every obama, not every bush (except Jeb, when he didn't give a proper knee to the monarch)

Not everyone that is against the wall is against immigration reform, if all you have is to run around insulting everyone that doesn’t tow your fraudulent viewpoints you likely don’t have a argument based on any logical foundation.

The "New Democratic Party" was a non factor with no teeth for Trump's first 2 years, yet Trump and the GOP did NOTHING when they had full control to deal with this fake national emergency.

    Wonder why that is?

The wall is specified in Public Law 109-367. It was being built in the 1990s before the law was written. Pelosi and Schumer are blocking it because they hate America and love illegal aliens more than they love Americans.

Wait...how did she clarify the remark?

Is she trying to claim that he meant to say that he shouldn't have to do this?

I saw a great headline (probably from the onion) and it was something like

"Americans are undecided whether they should be terrified by trump's latest idiocy or to feel nothing because they know trump is too inept and lazy to actually see it through."

Trump's wall is a metaphor for his penis. No wonder he has a hard time getting it erected.

Trump will be so overwhelmed with lawsuits that by the time he gets a wall it will be the one he is buried under at his family plot. You voted for a racketeering dud...lol

The wall won't even slow down the flow of anything much less stop anything ....and now the dems will return the favor. I predict the conservative fools will object with all their might.
