It was a Georgetown University professor who confronted him at the gym and created the "hostile environment" but the gym terminated Spencer's membership instead of Miss Fair's. I think she didn't have to make a scene and Spencer should have kept his gym membership.

 

The guy has potential cases against the gym (if nothing else, not providing a safe atmosphere and failing to provide the services when the altercation was not his fault) and against the person provoking him. How much you want to bet he'll pursue neither?
