If someone had started firing in a crowd that size the loss of life would have been tremendous.

Information about this group seems to be extremely limited. It's odd that a right-wing group if they are really right wing realistically speaking white supremacists are typically cultural marxists that's as left as it gets. So I guess them attacking a right-wing group makes the most sense.
