In this case... the white thug killed a person shooting through the window of his car, while admit he walked to the car with his gun drawn.
Walking with your gun drawn is assault and the victim of it has a right to defend it's life with deadly force. Do you understand this?
And why would you think I wouldn't not protect my life when I have the right to do so?

Bold: That is false. Walking with your gun drawn is not assault. Plenty of people do so and the cops do nothing. What is considered illegal is threatening people with a gun for no valid reason. And simply having a gun drawn does not qualify as violating that. No matter your hoplophobia.

Yeah there's certain guns you can't not have drawn because they're too big to be in a holster. I've talked to the police quite a few times having been walking around with my shotgun in my hand normally when they want to talk to me I'll either have to put in a scattered or sling it.

But I was never arrested I was never given a fine I was never told not to do that.

The police aren't leftist hacks like the FBI. They do an investigation before announcing a motive. They don't want to damage the integrity of the case.

I know that police are so bad in the NE and west coast, it doesn't make sense to most people. But where there is actual law and order, prosecutors don't leak and don't have trials in the court of public opinion. The prosecutor is charged with finding out the truth in whatever case they are investigating.

The article says the man is cooperating with police. So, he is not remaining silent.
