How is it that 99% of people seem to have been sick on the day the highschool teacher talked about "supply and demand"? Salaries are based on (i) demand:supply; there are very few heart-surgeons in relation to the demand and because of this heart-surgeons earn more than, say, grocery-store cashiers ("anyone" can be a cashier, thus the supply is larger than the demand) and (ii) productivity/experience; The more ambitious get paid more than the less ambitious. For example, a black man working 100% as a x at company y will make more than the white man wirking 50% in the same role at the same company.

A great way to eliminate "gendered" and "racist" "inequalities of pay" is to abolish the minimum wage (which is a racist constructionl if you know your history) and let the market handle salary competition.

 

Maybe some Dulcolax will help with the festering..the only racist paradigm between white males and females is who wears the pants..and who cleans the terlit..

There is no- and never was any - unity amongst the Amerindians. Nationhood is a European concept that does not exist in other cultures. Amerindians were tribal and did not regard each other as members of a larger "Us" - a Navjo is a Navjo, a Cherokee a Cherokee and a Blackfoot is a Blackfoot.

I am not questioning the horrors Amerindians were subjected to, I am just questioning your usage of "my people" as if there ever was any sense of unity between tribes. Just like European nations, Amerindian tribes too were in constant war with one and other.
