Who replaces Kamala Harris as veep if Biden steps down?

I don't really think Harris is Presidential material at this point of time. I Biden were to step down, we'd have to wait and see what would happen from there.

 

I think you know the answer to that one. Trying to make this into something it's not might work for Fox but adults usually see through this stuff and realize that people like Biden and Trump rely upon staffers to pack boxes full of papers. Now in the case of Trump, he went defiant right off the bat and actually declared that he declassified them as any child would do when caught with a hand in the cookie jar, he lied. Biden though is contrite and cooperating with no monkey business. Can we elevate our politics to reality for a change? Turning everything into a script for a right wing TV or radio show is turning this nation into a nation of complete madness.

Biden wasn't ABLE to say "abracadabra" and declassify them because when he took the documents (or, if you prefer, had his stooges take the documents for him) he was only the VICE-president... but only the president himself has that "magic words" ability. Or so it is thought -- ultimately it will be for the Supreme Court to rule on the 'magic show', one way or another!

Woolley, ask yourself this: In whose custody were the classified documents? CUSTODY! That's the main consideration of the classified information foremost authority -- the NSA (National Security Agency)... and whether Biden's stooges in the so-called "Justice Department" ever haul his simple-minded ass in to answer for this egregious mishandling of Top Secret SCI documents, it's the bedrock LAWS, REGULATIONS, and PROTOCOL of our foundational security systems that Biden, through his demented incompetence, violated thoroughly!

Some of the 'flunkies' may have been guilty of 'just following orders', and they'll be punished, too, according to their part in this clusterfuck -- but, as they say in real life, "**** flows downhill!"

If the investigations on Biden lead to and impeachment and Biden get the full impeachment and kicked out of office, then Harris would have to take over. I don't know who she'll pick as vice-President. It will be hard for Harris to do so. You have to wonder why Trump faced impeachment and Trump won both times. It can be puzzeling for us all. I just hope investigataions on Biden isn't as bad as Trump's investigations.

Trump is yesterday’s news thanks to Biden’s incompetence and his attempt to hide the mishandling of classified documents from the people. He pretty much invited a Special Counsel to look into every aspect of his personal life. A presidents worst nightmare.

 

He may not have a say if the media and the public have something to say about it.

 

Trump was, in fact, impeached by the House of Representatives -- twice! But, he was not removed from office. The same thing could, in theory, happen to Joe Biden... he may be impeached for everything from the way he's totally neglected national security and illegal/fraudulent migration, to the handling of classified information. But -- take heart -- Biden would never, ever be removed from office, if only because the Senate is solidly in Democrat hands.

One thing to consider though -- he may be about to resign sometime in the next few months for 'health reasons' or something. That would put Kamala-la-la in the Oval Office for a 'caretaker' period, and then whoever the Democrat insiders want to groom for their 2024 candidate could be slipped into the vice-president's slot for lots of visibility and 'grooming' in the period running up to the next election. I still think that for that reason, a Democrat like Cory Booker would be ideal!

And what about Kamala-la-la? Not even the most oblivious, half-witted Democrat political theorist in the country would have her running for president... not after she's made such an unmitigated failure out of herself as the vice-president!
