Why are Progressives ignoring overpopulation?

Its not that hard to understand. The elite ruling class needs workers to sweat in the factories, toil in the fields, fight their wars, and provide entertainment. The "progressives" will solve the problems of overpopulation by relocating people into high rise camps, limiting possessions, rationing energy and food and medical care.

They will solve the health care issues because there wont be any sick people, no people with long term disease requiring extensive health care, no disabled. At least, they wont be around long enough to be a burden on society.

And if there are still too many people, there will be always be the occassional round-ups and disappearances of "dissidents" and malcontents.

Think Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, North Korea, Hitler. "progressives" know how to deal with overpopulation, just be patient.

 

I believe the Judicature of the United States would be more helpful to the greater glory of our republic if they instilled a culture of militia service from the bench instead of any legislation from the bench, especially in modern Information Age times.

Would our republic be worse off if the Militia of the United States were busier becoming more well regulated by building aqueducts and roads in their spare time.

 

Some people dislike the wealthy, but without them, there would be very few jobs in western society.

 

Why do you believe what you do? Only socialism requires a work ethic.

 

So, what do you do for "The elite ruling class," apart from buy their fuel and products obtained from that source?

 

No doubt part of the optimism toward population growth has to do with the incredible ability of people to live in small spaces stacked endlessly on top of each other. You certainly can concentrate lots of resources in a very small area, with a lot of efficiencies of scale. Hong Kong with its rabbit hutches stacked sky high shows folks how it is done.

untrue...its right wing conservatives who block womens right to birth control, eduction of women, distribution of condoms(vatican)...my government(conservative/evangelicals) that cut funding for birth control aid in the third world...as well rightwing opposition on moral grounds, gender equality the right opposes population control for economic reasons, ZPG messes with it's continued economic growth to support the freemarket economy...in order for free market capitalist economy to work requires infinite growth, (which is impossible), ZPG or a reduced world population would destroy their free market capitalist sysem as we know it....

 

Why is it Cons do not want family planning provided to poor developin Nations when it incudes abortion or contraceptives?

 

What they can't get away with in their own countries they force their religious morality on the already repressed women of the third world....mysogomist bullies...
