Why do so many people have babies?

I believe that any person that procreate without the ability or desire to provide for their offspring are guilty of a crime against humanity and should be treated accordingly.

 

Sure. I would wager that most pregnancies aren't planned.

 

The person can be as willing to procreate and bring up the child, but doesnt have the skill the ability to guarantee achievements/success in life.

Persons who do not have the ability or desire to provide for their offspring financially and emotionally should not procreate, doing so is a crime against humanity and would be dealt with harshly.

 

Babies are great for getting you out of stuff. I hate not being able to get out of plans

But I do agree, that if people brought their child with no desire to take for them, they should be punished.

We eat, sleep, defecate and procreate... Any other activity is geared towards one of those 4 activities. Animals use tools, they build their own homes, what do we do that they do not? Yes we are technologically advanced over other animals, but we are still animals.

Well, depends on the demographics of the parents. In the middle class and up, more are planned than not. Most kids I know were planned. They were deliberate decisions by their parents.
