Gun violence isn't just affected by gun control laws, its also affected by the percent of households who actually own them, and the percentage of crime-prone minorities living in the country.

The homocide rate in white areas is between 1.1-4.7 with an average of about 2.5. In Europe it is between .6 and 1.5 and that is including their violent Muslim and gypsy minorities.

 

Does the gun industry measure the percentage of Americans who own guns? I don't think so. People can sure become confused about basic math concepts when it's convenient.
