Why is it all the countries Progressives want to emulate are White?

Why does it seem that all the countries Progressives in the U.S. say they want to emulate just happen to be, in very high percentage, White?
It does seem a very curious thing.

If that's not true, and you are a Progressive, then please name one non-White country that you would like the U.S. to be more like.

I'll make this even easier for you: Name one country that's non-English speaking and isn't located in Northwestern Europe.
(Out of 195 countries in the world, more than 90% meet that criteria, so surely you can find just one)

Sweden isn't doing so well today, ever since it decided to increase it's level of diversity.
Poverty rates are up, there's a shortage of apartments for young people, and the general standard of living has gone down. (Not to mention thefts and sexual assault rates have skyrocketed)

Why do ALL the countries you want the U.S. to be more like have much lower levels of diversity than the U.S. ?
I'm sure it's just a completely irrelevant coincidence.

In fact here's something else interesting to point out. It seems like the Progressive regions in the U.S. tend to be located more in the North, where traditionally over 95% of the population has been white (Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Washington, Oregon, Minnesota). Either that or they tend to be located in wealthier urban areas where, despite traditional high levels of diversity, the neighborhoods still tend to be segregated apart by race and income level. That is, wealthier Progressives can deal with diversity on their own terms, and the poorer population has been forced out due to the high housing prices.

Of course, California is an interesting situation all it's own. There's a lot of wealth, but also it's very close to the border. It flipped back and forth in elections until about 1992, and the Progressives have cemented their position there ever since. In the 25 years since, the state has become as progressive as New York. There's been a huge demographic shift (51.4% of the children in the state under the age of 18 were Hispanic, as of 2016) accompanied by a massive exodus of the white working class out of the state, and beginning over the last 15 years the middle class too. There's a substantial number of Hispanics now pouring out of the state because they're having difficulty affording to live there.

Cuba has a socialized healthcare system. Would you like the U.S. to be more like Cuba?

It seems that, when taken altogether, what Progressives want is a Utopia. Something that doesn't yet exist in any country on earth.

Because low average IQ populations aren't able to build nations that people want to live in, including themselves?

Yeah you never see them wanting to emulate Uganda, or Ethiopia. I'm betting it's because they're racist.

Umm... maybe because all the countries that the Europeans raped and pillaged are still trying to recover?

you should visit Uganda, a breathtaking country. When you go, check out the Rwenzori Mountains if you get the chance, believed to be the source of the Nile.

We have our own Constitution. We don't need to emulate anybody else.

This is what we are supposed to be doing:

The aim of their government is to increase the GNH rather than the GNP. GNH is gross national happiness.

Thank you for your suggestion but the OP's question was what would be an example from a non-western country that the US could emulate.

And your answer leads me to conclude that you should learn more about your choice.

Same question. What is it about any of those countries that we should emulate?
