Why is Joe Biden above the law?

Hey dems it's not wrong to investigate someone if they committed a crime. Is it because Joe Biden is one of yours, you don't like it? I'm sorry it doesn't work that way.

 

They are so used to having it that way.

Now that have to deal with Trump who is outing them and pushing back. They are like pathetic little children who have all of a sudden been told, "NO," you can't have everything your way. Tantrums and gnashing of teeth...

 

If either Beiden 9r his son committed any proveable crimes then they should pay for them I could care less which party they are from and the exact same thing applies to Dirty Donald,Barr Barr black sheep,MYNEWCHIN or anyone else.

 

Biden and Hillary are in the protected class. So when a democrat says, "No one is above the law", try not to gag.

 

I have no problem with Biden being investigated ... but it's childish to think that if Biden is guilty that somehow exoneratesTrump from any crime he may have committed.

That the 'official' excuse for his extortion now? He is on tape bragging about what he did. Trying to spin that is a fool's errand.

 

If so then why hasn't the Trump justice department indicted them? With Clinton there have been many investigations, many things alleged, but in 3 years the Trump Justice Department has done nothing, why?

Don't you know that only conservatives break the law? It is only justifiable to investigate conservatives, that is the law according to the DNC. Do not question it.

The majority of the unelected bureaucrats who actually run 98% of government are liberals. Trying to prosecute a liberal in government is about as easy as getting a conservative text book into your school system. Not going to happen.

If Joe Biden or for that matter any Democrat or Republican can be proven to have broken U.S.laws and committed crimes then I want every last damn one of them punished to the full extent of our laws.ESPECIALLY if they committed their crimes as a result of their political position.

 

How are they protected? It is Republicans ( the Trump Administration) that has declined to do something?

"Unelected bureaucrats" don't make these kinds of decisions the Attorney General appointed by the President and approved by the Republican Senate makes that decision. Why hasen't he done it? Why hasn't the President called for it?

 

The decisions are based on evidence collected by the bureaucrats who as we have seen time and time again are more that willing to obstruct justice to protect the liberals.

 

I've been to Washington DC more than a few times. I see who are working in all of those federal buildings.
It reminds me of a California DMV office, a bunch of incompetent liberals who would be on welfare if they weren't working for the government.

 

Then you must approve of Trump looking out for U.S. taxpayers by asking the Ukrainians to co-operate into the origin of the Russian hoax and the Bidens walking away with millions of laundered money....which was contingent on a Ukrainian prosecutor being fired for looking into the Biden's corrupt dealings.

Face it, Joe Biden is a moron. How can a moron become super rich on a public servant's salary?

 

Now add unionization to that, and imagine trying to get cooperation to investigate the crimes of liberals. They do not call it the swamp for nothing.

 

It's cultural-marxism which the Democratic party adopted during the 1970's.

In the name of political correctness, some people, some races, some ethnicities, some religions, some political organizations, some genders, some sexual perversions, some gangs and criminals and some families have been designated as a protected class.

 

I'm not a Biden supporter but I have yet to really see what it is he was supposed to have done wrong. The investigation into the company his son worked for was dormant and had been for a while. There was no pressing need to push for the removal of the official based on personal issues. On the contrary, his push for the official's removal was echoed by many others in Ukraine and worldwide.

These events all occurred in 2016, a time when, notably, Joe Biden wasn't a candidate for President against Trump. Why wait until now, after Biden has emerged as a potential candidate? Why did this all of a sudden need to be addressed NOW, to the point that Trump had to personally request it?

Because of the election and because Trump's ego convinces him that he is above everything, that's why.

But then again, I'm okay with investigations into Biden too. Investigate them both. But please rabid Trump supporters, lets not have whataboutisms lead you to ignoring misconduct by a sitting president.
