Or perhaps we should take guns away from police....because we certainly know that if police have guns, THEY WILL KILL PEOPLE. And we also know that some (perhaps small) percentage of those people will be innocent. And because we should in no case accept a single innocent lost life, therefore we must disarm the police. Not that i want this, but it seems that inexorable logic forces this course upon us
