I heard that the medical labs are working on a vaccination for the coronavirus. It should be ready in about 12 months, they say.
Do you trust this new vaccine? Would you take it? Would you let your kids take it?
I haven't decided yet if I'll take it or not. Of course, if they make it mandatory, I won't have a choice.

Yes, I will have the vaccine.
It seems as though this plague might recur and one episode doesn’t confer immunity.
The virus is novel and research is ongoing into all of its properties so any protection is worthwhile.

the only way it will be mandatory is if the labs that engineer virus's develop strains that most people cannot survive.

right now only those with compromised immune systems are affected.

public service announcements from this new precedent will always be mandatory.

My Wife and I have decided that from here on out we will get inoculated for everything, flu, pneumonia, corona, you name it. As for potential side effects, it hasn't stopped us from taking every standard drug on the market. For instance, these are the potential side effects from common aspirin(which we've never experienced):
    • Abdominal or stomach pain, cramping, or burning
    • black, tarry stools
    • bloody or cloudy urine
    • change in consciousness
    • chest pain or discomfort
    • confusion
    • constipation
    • convulsions, severe or continuing
    • dark urine
    • decreased frequency or amount of urine
    • diarrhea
    • difficult breathing
    • drowsiness
    • fainting
    • fast breathing
    • feeling that something terrible will happen
    • fever
    • general tiredness and weakness
    • greatly decreased frequency of urination or amount of urine
    • headache
    • heartburn
    • increased thirst
    • indigestion
    • irregular heartbeat
    • light-colored stools
    • loss of appetite
    • loss of consciousness
    • lower back or side pain
    • muscle cramping and weakness
    • muscle tremors
    • nausea or vomiting
    • nervousness
    • numbness or tingling in the hands, feet, or lips
    • panic
    • rapid, deep breathing
    • restlessness
    • seizures
    • skin rash
    • stomach cramps
    • swelling of the face, fingers, or lower legs
    • unusual bleeding or bruising
    • unusual tiredness or weakness
    • vomiting of blood or material that looks like coffee grounds
    • weakness or heaviness of the legs
    • weight gain
    • yellow eyes and skin

I had to smile when reading your post. When I was in Nursing school we had to learn all the side effects of many different medications. After reading the possible side effects, I'd think "This patient might be better off just suffering from the disease and not take the medicine".:)

Ages ago, there was an ad on TV for a drug, one of side effects being 'diarrhea and the inability to control it'. Sign me up!!

As to the vaccine, we shall see. I am one of those AI compromised people, and have had bad reactions to other vaccines. I may play it out under Let Nature Take It's Path and roll the dice.

And you knew you get at least one mark if you answered a question on side effects with “nausea and vomiting”;)

I will take the vaccines when they say it's safe and efficient, and I would not take that advice from Trump, listen to the experts

I'm not afraid of taking the vaccine, I am just concerned that the virus will mutate in such a way that it will be non effective. Similar to the flu vaccines that are routinely given.

If Dr. Fauci says the stuff is good, you should try it, it I'm gonna take it. If Dr. Fauci says the testing was insufficient, there's risk, I'm gonna take it. If Dr. Fauci says it could really be dangerous, don't take it, I'm gonna take it.

But if somebody in some kind of authority says I got to take it, I'm going to tell them to get snapped and do my best to put a hurt on them. In that case, I won't take it.

I voted no. I might reconsider if the liability protections for vaccine manufacturers are lifted and either the FDA does a more honest job of regulating vaccine safety or a 'clean' version of the vaccine that isn't manufactured with shelf life as priority one is made available for me to purchase.

Trump will make you sign a statement, that he is a god, and did more to save all Americans from the virus than all the scientists and doctors. Before you can take the vaccine.

If you don't take it, you will be required to quarantine for two years. Until herd immunity is complete.

I won't take the vaccine now because I'm not sure about whether it's lethal or not. Several people have been scammed, hurt, or killed by so-called coronavirus cures. I'll wait for other people to take it, to make sure it's safe. Hopefully, I won't catch coronavirus and die before it's field-tested and ready. :(

I think the Remdesivir is an antiviral drug but the vaccine is still being worked on.
Ps. I’d be happy to take Remdesivir.

I voted "maybe"... I simply don't know enough yet, and neither do the "experts"....

I have not had a "flu shot" since the late 1970's, and, I haven't had the flu, either.

But, I'm not completely against the concept. Each disease situation is different and it can be dangerously cavalier to 'paint with an overly-broad brush'....

there are many natural and cheap remedies for enveloped virus's, a simple google search.

however if this is a bio weapon from china, or developed in a lab by bill gates to profit from vaccines.

I'm not a big 'believer' in vaccines at all, but I'll keep an open mind....
What I will say is that starting decades ago, I am a big believer in garlic, echinacea, goldenseal, osha, elderberry extract, and LOTS of Vitamins C & D3. Others are welcome to follow their own ways. Good luck!

those check out on google, and jack daniels whiskey works as well since it is 80 proof.

the minimum proof alcohol required to kill the virus is 70 proof.
