Unlike you, I don't think in racist terms, I treat each individual case as warranted. Black or white, each case is its own case, with its own variant circumstances.

This thread is about the young woman being needlessly tased, handcuffed, and arrested for not wearing a mask. So if you want to talk about some "black-man" case, then maybe you should start your own thread about some "black-man" case.

The entire world is wearing masks right now. Sheesh.

So you don't respect the school's right to have rules at their games? What other things should schools not be allowed to have? She could express her freedom by showing up naked?

She was resisting arrest. Period. No action previous is relevant. I could be walking down the street and get arrested. I would comply, even though I was doing nothing wrong. You just don't say no to a cop.

Is that your response to a question you cannot answer?

I didn't bring up black lives matters, you did. What was your point again? If someone doesn't follow the law or obey the police, I'm told the police can do whatever they want. Do you agree? In this case, they did what they had to in order to enforce the rules. So you're happy, right?

It was my response to your deflection. Ask a relative question, maybe you'll get a relative answer.

What's to stop anyone from claiming it's against their religion?

A school is a public space especially after school is out. It is not entitled to the rights a private business has and as a government run entity, it is obligated to the constitution.

Try bringing your gun into a courthouse. Let me know how it works out for you.

I don't respect the school's right to tase, handcuff, and arrest someone for sitting on a public outdoor bleacher, but apparently you do. What you're defending is not the rule of law, what you're defending is the rule of tyranny.

She was not resisting lawful arrest, she was resisting brutal lawless tyranny, and she deserves a medal for doing so.

She didn't bring a gun into a courthouse, she sat down on an outdoor public bleacher unarmed.

The athletic association creating rules is not tyranny. Sheesh.

She had numerous choices. She chose to resist arrest. That was the worst of her options.

You certainly know resisting arrest is a bad idea, right?

You said the government can't restrict our freedoms on government property. They can and do, all the time. You don't think schools have codes of conduct?

It may be just a rule, but they're tyrannically enforcing it. You don't tase, handcuff, and arrest someone for breaking a schoolyard rule.

If she wasn't within 6-feet (2 meters) of anyone else, then what was all the excitement about?

I have a right to carry a gun. Courthouses are government property. Why are they taking my 2A rights away?

I never said any of that. Maybe you should just call it a day, and try again tomorrow. You seem to be having trouble linking to the correct poster.

What if I was drinking a beer in the stands, I'm of legal drinking age. What if security saw me and told me to leave the stadium and I refuse and resist, what should they do?

You literally said, “at least she’s alive”. What the hell else were you “bringing up”? Troll less please. And just a few posts up I made it quite clear, she was an idiot.

That's just your opinion, and your opinion is one of abusive tyranny. Mine is one of common sense, reason, and restraint. It made no sense, and there was no reason for her to be treated in the cruel and brutal way that she was.

If anything, it's the rent-a-cop that should be discharged of his duties, the school board sued for its abusive policies, and the young woman compensated for the damages done to her.
