Are you saying signed affidavits and witnesses are not evidence? Then what is?

    YEAH! YEAH! YEAH! YEAH!

Please link to the "signed affadavits and witnesses." I haven't seen a single one that indicates massive voter fraud, or any fraud at all. Most of the reports I've seen had to do with clerical or administrative errors, not fraud at all.

If you're talking about the federal court on PA, that isn't going anywhere.

    https://apnews.com/article/judge-throws-out-trump-suit-pennsylvania-87eaf4df86d5f6ccc343c3385c9ba86c

The judge said "...the Trump campaign presented “strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations ... unsupported by evidence."

"Trump tweeted after the ruling that he couldn’t understand why Biden was forming a Cabinet when the president’s investigators had found “hundreds of thousands of fraudulent votes,” a baseless claim for which Trump has supplied no evidence."

Here's the whole ball of wax, state by state:

    https://www.npr.org/2020/11/10/9331...o-legal-success-this-month-heres-what-they-ve

So, show me this evidence you claim will push any of these frivolous lawsuits to the Supreme Court.

What I have explained here are the facts, the whole facts, and nothing but the facts.

Here's evidence of fraud, not that it would make any difference to you, since your playbook is to keep asking for facts ad nauseum. If you truly wanted facts, then you would watch the hearing on youtube and listen to the witnesses speak. But I will post it anyway:

The president's legal team came to a Georgia State Senate hearing Thursday to share allegations of fraud and misconduct within Georgia's election. Most of the claims were false, misleading or lacking actual evidence.

During the nearly 7-hour meeting of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee chaired by outgoing State Sen. William Ligon (R-Brunswick), lawmakers were repeatedly told that Georgia's election, in which President-elect Joe Biden narrowly won the state's 16 electoral votes by about 12,000 votes over President Donald Trump, was illegitimate and needed to be tossed.

The bulk of the hearing focused on arguments made by Trump lawyer Rudy Guiliani, who has traveled to multiple battleground states seeking to overturn results with dubious legal claims that allege a grand conspiracy to take the White House from President Trump. Thursday's trip to Georgia was no different.

In a series of fantastical claims and statements from various and sundry people touted as experts, Giuliani falsely told a room of mostly Republican lawmakers that Georgia's voting machines could not be trusted, tens of thousands of absentee ballots were illegally cast and counted and that the legislature should appoint its own slate of electors for President Trump.

Explosive claims made during the hearing have further undermined confidence in Georgia's election integrity among supporters of President Trump, even as the secretary of state's office has debunked the concerns and called last month's election one of the most secure and successful in recent history.

After it's proven that Biden wins Georgia. That's it. Trump lost the election and that's the end of it.
Trump is the kind of person that will cheat at cards. I'll bet on it.

I could be wrong, but my experience with the Trump supporters on this forum leads me to believe that facts are irrelevant at best, and cause a lot of cognitive dissonance at worst.

    :eyepopping:

With luck, the right wing politicians currently telling Georgia voters that the sysem is rigged and their votes don't matter will continue with that message until Ossoff and Warnock win those last two senate seats.

    :please:

Yeah I guess you're right, the videos do show a favoritism towards Trump. These inanimate objects have such weird tendencies.

President Donald Trump is increasingly isolated in his claims of election fraud as a growing number of senior administration officials are either directly contradicting his baseless allegations or refusing to echo them. As the President continues to deny the reality that he lost, his head of intelligence now says that Trump's claims of voter fraud, which have been roundly debunked, are being taken and amplified by foreign adversaries.
Their goal is "to undermine public confidence in our democratic processes," John Ratcliffe, the Director of National Intelligence, told CBS News in an interview, declining to say which countries.

Ratcliffe is a fierce Trump loyalist who has been accused of politicizing intelligence to fuel Trump's attacks on the Russia investigation. In the interview, he was able to skirt around his own thoughts on the fraud claims by arguing they are not an intelligence matter, but rather a concern for domestic law enforcement.
I know I am. Trump is going to lose from here on out. No way can he win now.

I think it should be done away with and have it all final. That is all there is to it.

Trump's Presidency is in the final six weeks. There isn't much he can do in amount of time if anything. You have to question what he can do.

The Supreme Court on Friday rejected a bid from Texas' attorney general -- supported by President Donald Trump -- to block the ballots of millions of voters in battleground states that went in favor of President-elect Joe Biden.

The court's order, issued with no public dissents, to dismiss the challenge is the strongest indication yet that Trump has no chance of overturning election results in court, and that even the justices whom he placed there have no interest in allowing his desperate legal bids to continue.

The Electoral College will convene Monday to affirm Biden's win

It was another short and sharp slap in the face towards Trump, the 17 AGs who brought the suit, and the 126 Republican lawmakers who were stupid enough to sign on.

"The State of Texas's motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot."

The whole thing was brought about by the Texas AG, who is currently under federal indictment and desperate for a presidential pardon. Anyone want to bet on that happening within the next couple of weeks?

The reason Trump was voted out is because he screwed us and that's all I'm going to say.
