She is being sent to an all male prison! How is this even possible? The system is clearly transphobic and we all need to stand together and fight this injustice. I think it's a hate crime that the justice system is denying her , her basic human rights and undoing all the good work that we have done for trans acceptance. They are basically saying, TRANS WOMEN ARE NOT A WOMEN. Just Wow.... I am so angry. I'm literally raging right now!
It's an interesting intersection where women's rights and trans rights collide. It seems that most recently, trans rights trump women's rights, but if the trans in question does the slightest thing to abuse the special privileges they've been given, then the whole trans charade is thrown out the window if it conflicts with women's rights.
