The Logan Act was a red herring and laughable. How did Graham demolish his reputation, he managed to show that Comey was acting rouge without proper authority and that the Logan Act discussions were a farce. Why did Flynn's balls need to be squeezed? What was the purpose of that?

And again was the purpose of the Obama policy to get the Russians to escalate and retaliate into a huge international incident?

 

It wasn't even the sanctions, sanctions were never even mentioned, it was to the expulsion of the Russians, that's it.

 

The Logan Act was such a farce that McGahn sent Eisenberg to go read the call transcripts and report back if Flynn broke the Logan Act. Eisenberg said it was possible and McGahn briefed Trump to that effect...

It actually happens all the time, The prosecutor does not have enough evidence to make a prima facie case. Therefore, they can't go to trial. So, they try to leverage what they do have into a sweetheart deal. The prosecution was helped by the fact that General Flynn had to sell his house to pay his legal fees, and a threat to go after his son. He was also led to believe that the prosecution have other evidence against him. So, he caved. Again, that happens all the time. Innocent people going to jail for crimes they did not commit. Flynn took a plea agreement, but then the DOJ reneged. They took back the sentencing criteria, because Flynn refused to repeat the lies that they wanted him to. When they removed the sentencing guarantees, Flynn should have been allowed to change his plea. But Judicial Activist Sullivan would not allow him to. Remember, this is the same judge that tried to get the Prosecution to add a charge of treason to Flynn's trial.

Under AG Barr, they DOJ reviewed the case against Flynn, and found a lot of misconduct on the part of the prosecution. Such as Brady Material that was withheld from the defense, and the fact that the interview that Sally Yates stated that happened without her knowledge was actually a case of entrapment. This is why the DOJ entered the motion to drop the case. Again, that highly biased Judicial Activist Sullivan has blocked every effort to drop the case.

This all makes me wonder how much Sullivan is going to have to pay back to the DNC for not getting the verdict they wanted. Oh well, Sullivan has his day in court, on the other side of the bench, on Tuesday the 11th. His appeal of the Writ of Mandamus before the full DC Appeals court. During the walk through of the case last week, the court told both sides to explain why a judge that is biased in a case should not recuse himself.

So, how will this saga end? Flynn goes free, and Sullivan get's disbarred. Comey, McCabe and Strzok among those indicted. President Trump reelected, and who knows, maybe Flynn reinstated as President Trump's National Security Advisor, Wouldn't that be a hoot!!!!

 

So Sulivan is an "activist" but Barr is not! Disbarment would take criminal acts committed by Sulivan. Trump can very well win since Uncle Joe scudded the pooch when he tied himself to naming a woman and now he is being told to name a "PALIN".

 

Flynn goes free - Flynn is still free..... The charges will be dropped only if this is decided before January 20
Sullivan get's disbarred - Zero chance of that
Comey, McCabe and Strzok among those indicted - Less than zero chance of that
President Trump reelected - Not as things stand today
