Claims about Benford’s Law proving election fraud were based on early, incomplete data and a fundamental misunderstanding of how it works. It's just another viral conspiracy theory.
You were wrong because people were tired of President Turmoil. Republicans did okay in the Senate and the House. Propaganda Alert! How about coming up with positive solutions to problems facing the country? The first thing on my list is fixing this... As an economist, I reject collectivizing production or simply playing Robin Hood through the tax system. What we need to do is a lot of things to improve opportunity for Joe snd Jane American--fix public education (vouchers? better quality teachers?), make sure working class people have decent health care (medical vouchers?), better job training for people with outdated skills, stop big business from squashing small business with anti-free market policies supported by government, and on and on.
My gut says you're right, but I think Georgia moderates could decide to support the Ossoff and Warnock if Trump and his supporters go too far leading up to the election.
Nobody has won or lost yet. There is still litigation... The electors haven't been chosen, and the electors have not voted...
Taking away all of the fraud, my prediction was either spot on or very close. We will see how the courts handle the fraud that occurred... I still wouldn't be surprised if Trump gets a 2nd term...
Benford's Law is an unreliable tool, and as one applies more sophisticated methods of estimation, the results become increasingly inconsistent. Worse still, when compared with observational data, the application of Benford's Law frequently predicts fraud where none has occurred.Benford's law is not some universal phenomenon, and it failing to hold is not proof of fraud. It was a fair election and Joe Biden will be sworn in as president on January 20th, 2021, regardless of any conspiracy theories or bogus litigation.
No it wasn't... Have you read through any of the litigation?? The Trump Team has strong legal cases in both PA and MI... likely other States as well, but I haven't read through those yet (and other litigation is still in the works)
Nope. There is pending litigation... I've read through the PA and MI litigation, and those appear to be very strong cases for Team Trump...
You're dreaming. It's over. Done. Trump could go out by offering unqualified support for Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue. Making them walk the plank by criticizing fellow Republicans is not helping them win.
This quest for election fraud is kinda looking like the Mueller investigation findings. There's a little of this here and a little of that there, but none of it is amounting to anything substantial. Granted it has only been eight days. But one would think that for all the claims, they'd have come up with at least one major revelation. If Trumps people don't find that mother lode soon, the bitter end will come and shut down operations and hand the whole shebang to Biden and company. And the people will have spoken. Them's the breaks.
This is a new case in Michigan, filed after the previous one was thrown out? Realistically, you must know that few will go look up, & then read, Trump's lawyers legal briefs. Hell, I still haven't gone through the revisions on my Money Card, though I rec'd it months ago. If you want anyone, not already in your camp, to take your claims seriously, may I suggest that YOU give an abridged description of their claims, in your own words?
No, it isn't... There is pending litigation... There are real issues with the validity of a sizable chunk of the ballots, as well as 'equal protection' issues with the whole process in general... We'll see how it all plays out...
No. The filings are out there for all to read. If they are interested, they can read them... The PA one was filed on Monday and the MI one was filed on Wednesday.
