Testimony Of Clinton J. Hill, Special Agent, Secret Service

Mr. SPECTER. What did you observe as to President Kennedy's condition on arrival at the hospital?

Mr. HILL. The right rear portion of his head was missing. It was lying in the rear seat of the car. His brain was exposed. There was blood and bits of brain all over the entire rear portion of the car. Mrs. Kennedy was completely covered with blood. There was so much blood you could not tell if there had been any other wound or not, except for the one large gaping wound in the right rear portion of the head.

    That puts it mildly.
A single man with honesty or emotional problems (perhaps) just folds his arms, stands in the way and says "nuh uh" to the volumes of evidence that show the Warren Commission was a shameful show put on to cover for the coup that killed Jack Kennedy and changed the course of American history...and not for the better.

America would never be the same and the people that believed their government would never lie to them and take constitutional power away from a sitting president through the barrel of a gun were in for a very rude awakening and those who were alive then will never forget.
I was ten years old and in the kitchen watching the Sunday morning news for a bit while preparing for church when I saw Jack Ruby kill Lee Harvey Oswald right before my eyes. I have never forgotten.

You’d also have to wonder why nobody in the car suffered from hearing loss. For the shot to come from the driver’s seat to the rear passenger side, the only way to do it would be with the right hand; reaching back across the bodies of John Connally and Mrs. Connally. The range from the handgun to the ear would be something like a foot—closer than it would be to the ear of the person firing the weapon. Everyone in the car would be shaking their heads trying to clear their ears.

    Wrong.

There are no such volumes of evidence which is why you can only repeat the assertions without providing any such evidence.

It is a myth and that is that.

The Warren Commission report made some errors but it's conclusion was sound and supported by evidence which has never been refuted or even challenged.

If it had you could easily provide evidence that their conclusion is false and you cannot do so. In fact you have been repeatedly asked to do so but run from it every time because no such evidence exists as you claim

There are no people who believe the government would never lie to them. The claim that Americans are that trusting in government is a pompous and idiotic claim by conspiracy loons who have no evidence for their assertions and therefore wish to claim some sort of high ground by implying that they are better informed or enlightened when in fact they are not.

America and Americans in general have a long on going history of not trusting the government blindly. This is why the Warren Commission was established not just to EXPLAIN but to demonstrate through sound evidence.

The government is certainly capable of enormous corruption but that alone is not evidence of SPECIFIC acts of corruption. You need evidence and you have no evidence that the WC engaged in a cover up as you claim and neither does anyone else. The so called volumes you refer to are nothing more than tired volumes of moronic people such as Jim Marrs, David Lifton, Fletcher Prouty, Mark Lane, Jim garrison and many many others who have penned many pages of words without a shred of evidence to support their stupid premises.

    So cough up some evidence

There are tons of evidence but I gave up trying to convince a, how shall we say...a foolish man, almost immediately when he began to reject elementary
laws of physics (such as displacement). Such a person is not in his right mind and I have no patience for such a loon.

No there is not ad you are lying to claim there is.

You have yet to present even a shred of evidence.

You cannot do so because there IS NONE.

You are simply lying and being childish and everyone knows it.

Now stop being immature and present some evidence.

You have named no laws of physics.

Here is a hint little guy displacement is not a law of physics nor would it be violated in any way by a bullet wound from the back and above.

It is you denying facts and evidence and you know it

Your insults, horrific grammar and punctuation are no match for the facts.
Your belief in a supernatural "magic bullet" which makes the fantasy of Lee Oswald as the lone killer of the president is as absurd as
your every single denier's posts. And your posts are all very, very absurd.

Nobody can put Lee Harvey Oswald on the sixth floor when the president was murdered. His gun was not found there (though another rifle was) and the Dallas police found not a speck of gunpowder residue on his face (which there would have to be if had used his weapon).

And that's not surprising because his prints were not on the relic rifle (without a usable scope) either until a couple of governments went to Miller's Funeral Home in Ft. Worth, Texas and took Oswald's palm and finger prints off Oswald's body themselves, according to unimpeachable eyewitness testimony, and undoubtedly transferred them to the unused weapon.

    :roflol:

So "a couple of governments" went someplace and took palm prints off of Oswald's body (not his hands)?

If we can try to decode whatever language that was above, the "governments" passed up the chance to do it while he was at Parkland Hospital (a "governments" hospital) and waited until his body was at a funeral home in Ft. Worth. Odd. How they would transfer the prints from a "body" to something and then to the rifle is a strange matter as well. Like (for just one example), the likelihood of someone in 1963 empaneling their own group of experts (especially someone on behalf of this lifelong loser) and demanding the rifle to be tested for fingerprinting was virtually zero. And even if there was someone who was going to bat for Oswald, the argument when no prints were found would be simply that gloves were worn, or the prints were lost during handling. Put another way, if I'm one of the collaborators, the "prize" I get for sending "governments" to a private funeral home to collect prints then "transfer them" to a weapon is zero. The risk of doing such a thing is monumental. So I would, if I'm still determined to get his prints on the murder weapon, doing so in a building I control such as a county hospital. But then again, facts are not the friends of conspiracy whackjobs.

PS: Eyewitness testimony is always impeachable and quite often incorrect as has been proven time and again.

AGENTS! Government agents, obviously. Are you so intellectually impoverished that a typo becomes your weapon? And I specifically mentioned taking "palm and finger prints" from Oswald so jam your misquoting nonsense.

When was Lee Oswald at Parkland hospital? Are you drinking?

You'll have to dig up the Warren Commission and ask them why they needed to at least give the appearance of a criminal investigation. It seems so self evident I would be embarrassed
    to even think the thought.

That's a nice pat alibi that no one thought to give.
Probably because it seems so false and patently absurd. Prints don't get "lost" during handling. That's criminology 101. At any rate, even discarding your bizarre rationale, people expect to find Oswald's prints all over Oswald's much publicized weapon.

Google a You Tube of Miller's Funeral Home and Lee Oswald and see what you get.
You'll get a cogent believable eye witness account of Oswald having his prints made while he laid in his cheap coffin.
You are a sneaky little denier but it's not my job to justify the testimony of others to you. But your desperate tact is noted.

You accept eye witness testimony when it suits (like in the case of J.D. Tippit) and then reject it when it does not. Go f*** yourself, if it's not too much trouble. I'm beginning to miss that other kook who at least comes right out and tells you he's a big fan of the Warren Commission.
At least you know where he stands.

After you lambast other posters for "horrific grammar", it was fun to rub your nose in it. Your squealing like a stuck pig is oh-so enjoyable.

After Jack Ruby shot him. Perhaps you should study the matter a bit more

A typo is NOT a grammar error but why am I not surprised
you don't seem to know. And you also appear to be more interested in "rubbing my nose" in an inconsequential error and not at all in
the countless errors of the Warren Commission.
Thanks for coming out of your little closet and exposing yourself.

Nobody is alleging that government agents
came to a huge hospital filled with people and took his finger and palm prints (not his "body" prints, speaking of errors) while there.
Not so with Miller's funeral home in Fort Worth. I've forgotten more about this issue than you've ever known because I study it and
I don't have some sort of psychological impediment that causes me to ignore those facts, like you do.

A typo is when you spell something wrong. Omitting entire words simply makes you stupid, not incorrect.

Sonny boy, governments can control government buildings. If your colorful yarn were to have taken place, it would have happened where the government can control access to floors, rooms, etc.

No, thinking an utterly unremarkable shot like Oswald with his clunky WWI vintage bolt action rifle (with it's unusable sight) was a shooter in a vast conspiracy to kill the president is stupid! Your belief is virtually retarded and only makes sense on a comic book level.
How much sense does it make to use this "loser" and "misfit" as a vital cog at the center of the crime of the century? About as much sense as the magic bullet. That's what you believe...that's stupid!

It DID happen according to an eye witness, unless of course you can prove otherwise, which you cannot, of course! LOL...you had no idea this information even existed until I showed you and now
you think you can pull some alternate reality explanation out of your ass! You must be nuts!

If you think some FBI agents are going to put fingerprint ink all over Lee Oswald's fingers and palm (for what possible reason?...you have no idea), while still under the care of doctors and nurses, and no one is going to notice or mention it to anyone, then you must be about as bright as a potted plant.

Nobody can connect Oswald to the gun. The chain of custody between the Dallas police and the FBI was so haphazard and faulty virtually all the evidence concerning Oswald's so called gun cannot be established and perhaps that's one of the reasons why in 1992 the American Bar Association conducted two mock trials of Oswald with the first verdict being deadlocked and the second acquitting him of all charges.http://michaelgriffith1.tripod.com/faulty.htm

The case against Oswald was riddled with holes. You can see why it was important to have FBI informer Jack Ruby shut Oswald up for good.

Oswald was at work according to records when he supposedly made the mail order for his rifle (besides which no one at that post office could remember a package of any sort being picked up by Oswald) and to top it all the rifle he supposedly ordered is not the one found in the shooter's nest.
"The rifle that was listed as item C20-T750 is 36 inches long. However, the Mannlicher-Carcano that Oswald supposedly abandoned on the sixth floor of the Book Depository Building is 40.2 inches long."

And where is that Mauser that was found by sheriff's deputies and then, ooops, never mentioned again when the narrative of the Manlicher-Carcano was established?

And for the same third time, eye witness testimony was good enough for you when you used it to claim Lee Oswald shot JD Tippit.
You thought it was just dandy then!

Stop your hypocrisy. Stop supporting the liars in the Warren Commission.
