Post your top 5 favorite junk foods, although it doesn't have to be ordered by ranking. I can never do that myself, because no one food is my favorite all the time. What would qualify as "junk food": Any type of candy or dessert. Any type of food generally considered to be unhealthy: Pizza, deep fried chicken wings, fast food, etc etc. Mine are: 1.) Pizza (favorite kind: White or alfredo style sauce, Italian sausage, green peppers, triple onions, roasted red peppers, One or more of the hard Italian cheeses(Romano, Paramasen, Asiago, etc), and bacon. 2.) Little Debbie Nutty Buddys (Wafers with peanut butter and chocolate layered) 3.) Reese's cups 4.) Chicken wings 5.) Alfredo sauce on anything. The way I make it is heavily fatty. Heavy whipping cream, half & half, lots and lots of cheese. When you refrigerate it, it congeals into a cheese spread that you can put on crackers or bread or just eat straight out of the container like it's candy. I'm lucky I have to drive to a store at least 20 minutes away to get all of the right ingredients or I'd end up making this stuff all the time and end up friggin huge. My mother used to make a great alfredo sauce where she would add bacon or bacon grease or something to it as well, plus a Florentine which was always named differently than Alfredo but I could never figure out what the difference actually was, or if it was one of those things that was different because of the type of pasta you were suppose to use. She did always put spinach in the Florentine too, which she wouldn't for Alfredo. Didn't get either of the recipes before she passed unfortunately, or her homemade Caesar salad recipe either.
