Most likely those were the Russians operating in China but it doesn't really matter, Pentagon says they didn't get all the details about F-35 but i'm sure they are just lying, it's not like they would say that their F-35 program would get stolen just like that, it would be embarrasing.

Imagine, U.S. spent 65 billion dollars on F-22 programs, i don't know about the F-35 program but i am sure the number is huge aswell, not counting all the other programs like it, billions or even trillions spent on the new tech and it can all be stolen in couple of computer hacks, ouch..

I bet Russia or China building their own improved versions of stolen tech right now....why waste billions when you can get good hackers to steal info for you..

Computer Spies Breach Fighter-Jet Project

By SIOBHAN GORMAN, AUGUST COLE and YOCHI DREAZEN

WASHINGTON -- Computer spies have broken into the Pentagon's $300 billion Joint Strike Fighter project -- the Defense Department's costliest weapons program ever -- according to current and former government officials familiar with the attacks.
Similar incidents have also breached the Air Force's air-traffic-control system in recent months, these people say. In the case of the fighter-jet program, the intruders were able to copy and siphon off several terabytes of data related to design and electronics systems, officials say, potentially making it easier to defend against the craft.
The latest intrusions provide new evidence that a battle is heating up between the U.S. and potential adversaries over the data networks that tie the world together. The revelations follow a recent Wall Street Journal report that computers used to control the U.S. electrical-distribution system, as well as other infrastructure, have also been infiltrated by spies abroad.

US Air Force HACKING VICTIM: Spies are said to have stolen data on the F-35 Lightning II fighter. Here, the plane undergoes flight testing over Texas.

Attacks like these -- or U.S. awareness of them -- appear to have escalated in the past six months, said one former official briefed on the matter. "There's never been anything like it," this person said, adding that other military and civilian agencies as well as private companies are affected. "It's everything that keeps this country going."

Many details couldn't be learned, including the specific identity of the attackers, and the scope of the damage to the U.S. defense program, either in financial or security terms. In addition, while the spies were able to download sizable amounts of data related to the jet-fighter, they weren't able to access the most sensitive material, which is stored on computers not connected to the Internet.

Former U.S. officials say the attacks appear to have originated in China. However it can be extremely difficult to determine the true origin because it is easy to mask identities online.

A Pentagon report issued last month said that the Chinese military has made "steady progress" in developing online-warfare techniques. China hopes its computer skills can help it compensate for an underdeveloped military, the report said.

The Chinese Embassy said in a statement that China "opposes and forbids all forms of cyber crimes." It called the Pentagon's report "a product of the Cold War mentality" and said the allegations of cyber espionage are "intentionally fabricated to fan up China threat sensations."

There is no 'work around' for a private internet. The government is so (*)(*)(*)(*)ing stupid sometimes I can't even fathom why socialists want more.

China has poisoned food, baby toys, and are now caught stealing military intel. If the Generals can't figure out we've been betrayed by BOTH parties and stage a coup to reinstate constitutional law, throw all involved in globalization in jail for treason, the time line of this country is all but wrote.

oh goodie.. this one is advocating treason and rebellion to overthrow the democratically elected government of the United States.

Tell us something, nate; how many coup d'états have you experienced in whatever banana republic thirdworld hole you live at? And what about it makes you conclude that violent armed illegal insurection against the United States Govt is a good idea?

---My third world hole is Idaho thanks to globalist. Come check it out. If that side is noble, they will present the facts of globalization vs protectionism to the American public and allow them to make the decision which direction this country goes. Until then they've already performed the insurrection. They just did it with a pad and pen. You wouldn't support the Generals call on this? If the Military is on board then I say yes. Come get me. I'm a nobody voicing my opinion. They're the last call for the American people at this stage in the globalist plan. Everyone else is on board but the people and if we tried to fight on that level were dead. You know that. No one is dumb enough to yell REVOLUTION. But with that said, China could nuke a city and our government would cut a deal.
