New to the forum here. Looking for conservatives around the country.

I am interested in other forums or blogs for conservatives in particular so if you know of any really good ones let me know.

Also if you are conservative feel free to add me as a friend.

I've already been admonished for violations, so I'll try to keep my posts within the rules. I didn't violate them intentionally so please accept my appologies.

I am concerned for our country because of the direction we are headed in. The obvious concern of course is the war on terror. I am also concerned by the direction the dems our taking us, that is to say towards socialism. I am concerned about the problem of illegal immigration. I am afraid of the watering down of the Constitution and the liberal nature of our courts today.

Please tell me what issues of the highest concern for you.

Hey, i am feeling the same way.
I am a moderate conservative, and proud to be republican. But it seems like all i meet here are liberals nad left-wingers. I just don't get the thought process of some people.

I'm kinda looking for a blog that I can go to on a regular basis to debate the issues of the day. I do say, I like the format of Political Forum.com though. I notice that there is an option of joining groups. There are only two groups here though, and they don't seem to have many members. It would be nice to have a group "Conservatives". I would create it but I'm such a newbie to this site. Would anyone be interested it that?

Welcome to the board PatriotNews and Kuta!

We have people of all types here. Likewise moderation is by people of varied backgrounds to keep things honest.

This format is relatively new to all of us. The user groups aren't used a lot yet. I'm a mod and I don't have a lot of familiarity with a good number of our features yet. Feel free ask any questions though, we'll try to find an answer for you.

Two main rules here we vigorously enforce:
1. Don't personally attack or name call. You can make fun of anyone's ideas etc... just not them personally.
2. Don't attempt to use profanity or vulgarity or any derivative thereof.

There are lots of forums to post in. Be careful to post the correct thread in the correct forum. You'll get a feel for it soon enough.
