Nice hat. Is that a problem in low ceiling garages?

An educated gentleman knows that it is polite to remove ones hat when indoors. It has therefore never been a problem.

Well, Horatio sir....

Your avatar clearly shows a man wearing a hat, in what appears to be an indoor scene.

Can I therefore conclude this person is not an educated gentleman?

Sir,

Firstly, may I congratulate you on your keen eye for noticing this social faux pas.

It must be made clear, however, that the man in the top hat is not me, and is most certainly not a gentleman despite being well dressed.

I suspect he may be a cad. The sort of person Ladies should be careful to avoid.

Yours,
Horatio Plumb, Esq.

Ok I kind of came up with my own list here. In no particular order.

Know that if you are not cheating, you are not trying. (this applies to everything in life, minus sports)
Know how to tie at least six different types of knots.
Know how to make a three to one.
Know how to read not only a road map, but a topographical map.
Know how to use a compass.
Know how to build a snare from vine.
Know how to cook meat without a grill or stove.
Know how to skin dinner.
Know how to build fire at least four different ways.
Know how to track an animal.
Know how to find an answer to your question.
Know how to admit when you are wrong.
Know how to read someone’s face.
Know how to train an animal.
Know how to build shelter using primitive materials.

This is a work in progress so things may be added as time goes on.

3. Sport of choice for Soldiers: baseball.
4. Sport of choice for Coast Guardsmen: tennis.
5. Sport of choice for Airmen: golf.
Notice how the farther down the list you go, the smaller their balls get.

Where's the list for what every woman should learn?

Besides cooking, washing up and making beds, that is.

Doing anything would be a start. Women sadly don't get much accomplished when compared to men. I wan't to see more women with opinions and big jobs and guns! it would be a refreshing change from what we have now..
