Conservatives think enslaving an entire village owning underground diamond mines in the jungles of African is moral.

Just to clarify a point about American libertarianism to those who aren't thoroughly familiar with it, I will state clearly that libertarians oppose child labor. We support the right of adults to enter into any consensual contract that does not seriously endanger any third party. We believe in personal responsibility and we oppose fraud. We further recognize that children, lacking the mental capacity to understand fully contracts into which they enter, are easily defrauded, and furthermore, that because of mental limitations, they cannot be held to the same level of responsibility to which adults are held. Child labor is, therefore, something that is and should remain tightly regulated.
As a libertarian, I fully support the right of an adult to risk their own money and safety. I oppose laws forbidding workers from working under conditions deemed unsafe, and I support legalizing even things that I find ethically horrific, such as drug deals and prostitution- so long as they involve uncoerced adults of sound mind (the last three words prevent trolls from having contractual capacity, I might add).

Some libertarians, such as myself, do not support child labor as such. They oppose having the government forbid children from working, and hope that parents will do what is in the best interests of their children, i.e. educating them so they can get better jobs as adults. Of course, if the family is very poor, children working may be a good idea if the alternative is children starving.

Children starving of course can be stopped by children being impoverished in capitalism.

I assume you mean that the way to stop children starving is to end capitalism. This is ridiculous. Capitalism doesn't impoverish people, it elevates them to a higher standard of living. To say otherwise relies on a persistent evasion of history and an inability to understand economics.
