Default Democrats reduce unemployment. Republicans raise it.

That's right folks. Here it is, in red, white and blue:

Default or does it?

Two replies....
1. Maybe the republican admins fix it and then it takes a year or two and the Dems get the credit.
2. Or they raise spending and hire those people in the govt which then increases our taxes further.

In regards your second point. If the dems are raising taxes yet are increasing employment and the reps are lowering taxes which increases unemployment wouldn't that mean lowering taxes ends up causing more problems overall.
Personally id rather have a job and pay high taxes than been unemployed.

I'd rather find one on my own and work my butt off trying to move up than to have a useless job given to me at the expense of everyone else. Especially if the only reason I'm hired to this job is so the president can say he created more jobs by taxing everyone.

Default Well

The that doesn't seem to be whats going on.
Raising taxes makes people go out and get jobs while your approaches causes people to be unemployed.
And anyway job creation is good. It gets people off the dole and out to work.
Your attitute of encouraging indolence is worrying.
You know unemployment leads to crime, which bad for both the economy and society. Its also bad for the soul as it breaks down confidence and encourages laziness.

Default another thing...

There are a lot of potential jobs out there that are unavailable because of certain government restraints.
Technology is booming but because of certain fears of economic collapse the government restrains them. Not to say that we have flying saucers or anything, just a lot more technology that is being actively implimented.
I mean, look at Japan. They are known for their technology, but in reality the US is much more advanced, they just don't impliment it.

realise Veritas the US government develops most of that technology?
Its often private US companies don't use it when offered, or the tech is classified due to National Security reasons.

Default The two ways to create jobs

There are really two efficient ways to create jobs the first being that you lower business tax and regulation so that new businesses flourish and create new jobs. The problem with this is that the tax that the government would get from the business to balance the budget theyre now not getting which will result in a deficeit.

The other way is public works projects. The government builds a road, builds a dam, etc.. they create jobs. Ususally it's only done with big things but technically you could do it with littler things. The problem with this is that it's expensive.
