The Nakba resulted in 100k of refugees not 100k deaths, most of them engaged in armed combat = not civilians, see the diffrence between that and 1.5 million Armenian bodies? 800k dead in Rowanda or the Jewish Holocaust? read Wikipedia if you still cant grasp it.
