No, I didn't make it up. First, let's analyze how the article says it. Every article with this similar situation will call the ones killed "Hamas militants" or "Islamic Jihad militants" etc. Not by their names, especially when the health ministry in Gaza takes care of them. It never told us that they were militants in the first place. Now, let's confirm they're civilians with other sources. The Palestine Telegraph confirmed this in their article. The WashingtonPost confirms this too. Among many other sources. You can also check the OCHA oPt weekly report at the end of the week which, I assure you, will also confirm they were civilians.
By the way, the 2 people wounded (and not just the ones killed) were also civilians - just throwing that out there.

And they have been taught to hate the Palestinians by the authorities.
And they have complied.
They cannot see children or civilians anymore in Gaza.
They cannot see innocents.
All they see is the images through their hate-colored glasses.
All Gazans are bad to them...though most of them deny it to seem more PC.
But these haters of Gaza are gullible, ignorant and full of hate....which is strange because that is exactly what most terrorists are.

No report that came out said the people who died were the ones planting the bomb. As the articles said they blamed "Palestinian militants or Hamas" for the bomb. They completely and intentionally called the 2 killed and the 2 injured civilians. They evidently meant these people were civilians! Why are you trying to justify the death of 2 innocent people...?
By the way DonGlock, nice of you to try picking and choosing quotes. You forgot to quote the part right in the beginning of both articles stating:
All the reports, including the ones you tried citing said that the Palestinians killed, and injured were civilians. Again, every report that came out called the people killed, and injured civilians. Nonetheless, none of the reports state that the people killed were militants.Palestinian officials said two people were killed and two wounded.
Gaza's militant Hamas rulers said the victims were all civilians
