He has been dismissed from holding command positions for two years .Very different .

I read the link and it was an appropriate punishment, it was a minor incident, no real harm was done, just because it was videotaped and anti-Israel IslamoFascist mob blows everything out of proportion does not mean the dude deserved capital punishement. The punishment in this case absolutely fit the 'crime'.
