More accidental manslaughter at worst. He caught the guy doing (*)(*)(*)(*) to his 4 year old daughter, I had full rights to defend her.

Copying a short quote from linked articles is helpful.

Seems fine. I don't think in Texas anything will happen to the guy. Good luck finding the jury that will convict... if the story really is as presented.

The story doesn't mention whether or not the man was arrested or taken into custody at all.
    Be free.

In all fairness it's only because he caught the guy red handed in the act and used his bare hands that he was able to get away with this. If he had gone and hunted the guy down it would've been illegal homicide.

If Texas was part of any civilised country , the matter would be far from over .
We woud need to know if the Father was telling the truth .
Is there any independent evidence to support the allegation ?
But regardless , did he use proportional force , even if the alleged perpetrator was doing what is claimed ? And however "unforgivable" his alleged crime
But so many Americans think it manly to imagine they are part of a vile lynch mob which we hoped John Wayne rid you of .
How far backwards do Americans want to go ?
Do they really see their selves as Hilly Billy boys ?

Please quit defending the child molester......it's sick. You should seriously reconsider yourself here.

Learn basic spelling and grammar before you talk about others being "Hilly Billys"
