That's a pretty stupid statement, Margot.

I realise you find it hard not to show bias when it comes to this matter.

Tell you what though, from what I have read of S Arabia, I would consider a person to have more liberty in Iran.

    I know you will disagree.

And I think women are treated better in Iran.

    I know you will disagree.

I consider S Arabian laws to be the harshest of all, much more than Iran.

    I know you will disagree.

"I am aware how almost impossible it is in this country to carry out a foreign policy [in the Middle East] not approved by the Jews..... terrific control the Jews have over the news media and the barrage the Jews have built up on congressmen .... I am very much concerned over the fact that the Jewish influence here is completely dominating the scene and making it almost impossible to get congress to do anything they don't approve of. Margot.

    This is fact.

Let's not also forget that US military training programme that got busted.

Sure, you can dismiss it or play it down if you care, but there was a lot of rather frightening rhetoric there, part of which was to eventually bomb Mecca, and starve the Saudi's.

The fact that the programme was aborted is neither here nor there, the fact is that this was written, and it was being taught to future US miitary leaders.

To expect that mentality to have been binned along with the exposed programme, is rather naive imo.

To think that the US/Israel would bite everyone else's hand they allign with, but not eventually S Arabia, is also naive imo.

You tell me, what would stop the US simply going in, and securing Saudi oil?

And do you really think they would not be insane enough to do something like raise Mecca to the ground?

Well, A person has to be a real idiot to get into trouble in Saudi Arabia.

Very little of what you have read about KSA is accurate. because its written by people who have never set foot in Arabia.

Women are treated very well in Arabia.... unless you think that driving is important. I wouldn't drive in Arabia except in compound.. The traffic is a nightmare.

But they will be driving when the highway plazas are completed... I really like King Abdullah... and Prince Salman will be the next kiing.

Why are women not allowed to drive a car, when men are?

    And that's it then.

    Just the car thing.

No other examples in S Arabia of men having dominion over women.

    Right?

He would seem reasonably well qualified to speak, dare I say, better than either of us..

In February 2009, Scheuer was terminated from his position as a senior fellow of The Jamestown Foundation. Scheuer has written that he was fired by the organization for stating that "the current state of the U.S.-Israel relationship undermined U.S. national security."

    I agree with that statement.

    He is right.

    That's why he was fired.

Margot...this was not a wikicable, nor did it come from Press TV..
