I'd be astonished if this bill passed, but then again, I never thought I'd see a chief justice of the US Supreme Court take the unconstitutional liberty of re-writing the language in a statute...

I read Grothman's materials and they make sense. Children of unwed mothers are 20 times more likely to go to prison and 9 times more likely to drop out of school. What is your response to that?

I shall reserve judgement on this until I have one more fact in hand.
What does he want to do about it?
Does he want to make it possible for a family to recieve benefits, or to cut them of completely? Perhaps continue benefits on a sliding scale to bring the family up to a decent level?
