Maybe Clinton was trying to say that its all Monica's fault. If she werent wearing such sexy clothes he wouldn't have been so distracted.

Or if Republicans hadn't been so hard on him about "Monica" then he would be more "Focused" to kill him.

See its all Monica's fault, she killed everyone on 9-11. Women...
