Arrow Israel kept one Hezbollah fighter FOR 30 YEARS!

This is crazy....
The Zionist leaders of Israel must be punished for their crimes.

Samir Kantar (C)

Hezbollah fighter Samir Kantar and 4 other prisoners have arrived in Lebanon to taste freedom once again, following a planned swap deal.
The prisoners had been waiting at an army base, several kilometers south of Israel's border with Lebanon, for most of the day, ahead of their transfer to Lebanon.
The men who were brought home in International Committee for the Red Cross vehicles received a red carpet welcome at Naqura coastal border town. The five are regarded as heroes in Lebanon.
Hezbollah officials along with hundreds of people welcomed the men upon their arrival Wednesday afternoon.

Samir Kantar, the longest serving Arab prisoner in Israel, was detained about thirty years ago while he was only 16.

Earlier, Lebanon's Hezbollah had handed over the bodies of two Israeli soldiers, in exchange for Samir Kantar, Khadher Zeidan, Mohammed Srour, Hussein Sulaiman and Maher Kurani.
"Today we hand over Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev," Hezbollah official Wafiq Safa said at the Naqura border crossing.

Israeli defense officials, meanwhile, say forensic experts have identified the remains of the two soldiers, delivered earlier in the day.

Hezbollah hasn't even existed 30 years. The guy was never a Hezbollah fighter.

I think the swap deal was great though. Although from an Iranian standpoint maybe not so much. The two official reasons Hezbollah gives for not disarming are A) because a part of Lebanon is still under Israeli occupation, and B) because Lebanese are still held up in Israeli prisons. Since this exchange, I don't think there are any Lebanese prisoners left in Israel.

It's all to setup for the attack on Iran. They want as less bagage from the international community as they can. This goes a long way.

Exactly. The exchange with Hezbollah, undercutting on of their arguments against disarmament, and also the recent Israeli talks with Syria could potentially isolate Syria from Iran, and make it more difficult for Iranian aid to reach Lebanon.

Correct. He was a member of the Palestinian Liberation Front. He was convicted of murdering an Israeli policeman, a 31 year-old man, and that man's 4-year-old daughter in 1979 and was sentenced to four lifetimes in prison.

They add on more lifetimes as a statement to how severe the crime was. Such as killing a 4 year old girl.

Indeed it is crazy. Maintaining the life of such an animal for 30 years. It is a despicable waste of taxpayer money. He should have expired from the stress of the post action debriefing 30 years ago.

Israel should have destroyed and annexed Lebanon and the so-called Palestinian territories around the same time. Imagine the relief they would have provided the planet by having done so.

The PLF is a terrorist organization directly funded and supported by Hussein's Iraq.
