Was O'Keefe dressed in "Village People dood" gear while he was already inside the office "waiting for someone?" You know, I can walk into any federal building, sit down in the receptionist area dressed in plain clothes, and just say that I'm waiting for somebody, too. And there's really nothing that anybody could do about it unless I've overstayed my welcome or was found suspicious of loitering or something.

That's certainly nothing that warrants a felony charge. So I'd suggest that you tell me what grounds you have to vilify this guy for an attempted felony when so far he doesn't appear to be guilty of anything that severe.

I don't know paco. Did you ascertain O'Keefe's garb at the time of the arrest? If you did, I'd certainly be interested in the info! Only two doods have been reported to be wearing the village people outfits. If you have more info, do post it !!!!

Cuz there's a whole, like you know, federal affadavit by the FBI outlining the grounds for felony charges (link posted in this thread multiple times! Google or Bing if you prefer your own search!). Federal affidavits, investigations, etc. are prone to being botched. Pardon me for not having much faith in the FBI, especially after what happened to us up here recently with Senator Ted Stevens. I'm sure you've heard of that fine example of FBI competence:
