Yes Grok, stop speculating on definitions of words in the dictionary. "Lover" could mean anything in combination with also saying he was "married" to the 16 year old. It doesn't even come close to suggesting a sexual relationship. And neither does this in rahl's parallel universe, Harvey Milk "..always had a penchant for young waifs with substance abuse problems" [page 180 from the OP link]. "Penchant" after volumes of paragraphs describing Harvey Milk's sexually promiscuous lifestyle could mean literally ANYTHING.
