Thread: Pretend you are the prosecutor and draft five questions for GZ.

I would like to see all the evidence in the case before asking any questions. Otherwise I would be wildly guessing like other people.

You don't have a single question at this point?

Like George do you know everyone in the complex and their visitors and guests?

Not really. If the prosecution is smart(and that is questionable in this case) they would look at all the evidence before beginning to build a case.

Oh they have a case....... rest assured they do.

I meant to tell you.. This morning I took my little walk.. and there was a girl sort of at the front and beside my lawn.. She was walking back and forth talking on the phone... and she was a stranger to me.

    Should I have "profiled" her?

When I returned from my walk, she was still there talking on the phone.. I waved and smiled.. she smiled back.

Turns out she is visiting her married sister..

Easy one. If the weather was good enough for you to take your walk then it was probably good enough for people to be out. I am also thinking it was during daylight hours. So right there nothing would be suspicious about that. The problem with the lynch mob is they only see things that fit the storyline which leads to Z being guilty. Take all things into consideration. Has there been alot of break ins in your neighborhood by women on phones? If no, then nothing suspicious there.

I see you decided to drop out. Maybe you got my point, that's good. I was also going to add that if you felt she was suspicious you were wll within your rights to call 911 to report her, walk up and ask what she was doing there and if she attacked you, you could defend yourself. Some people are unaware of these things for some reason. Glad to help.

Pretty revealing you guys never use a valid comparison to what happened. Also, nobody ever has the right to question someone else on public property.

Sure they do. Site the law that prohibits asking someone what they are doing in one's own neighborhood or prove yourself a liar.

Zimmerman has to testify if he persists in his claim of self defense.

The very nature of a self defense claim is he has to prove his actions were justified....that is the nature of what the law terms an 'affirmative defense', basically saying 'yes I did what I am accused of, but here is why it was legal at the time'. He has to speak up to affirm self defense....but the catch is, once he is on the stand, he is open to cross examination by the prosecution.

And once he opens his mouth, you know that the prosecution will finally get whatever evidence that they might still need to ensure his conviction.

Of course, if he drops the claim of self defense, 'Stand Your Ground' becomes a moot point...and doing so implies that he agrees he didnt have valid cause to shoot Trayvon Martin. That in turn helps lock the prosecution case as well.

  10. Default 5 questions, for George Zimmerman:

    1. What are you doing, with Mark O'Mara defending murder 2, when you already admitted sitting on TM, where Mary Cutcher saw you, with your hands, on TM's neck?

    2. What's this trick murder 2 charge doing, except costing the State of Florida a bundle, since the state and SPD were already too corrupt, to investigate, properly, and Angela Corey was too Republican, to charge you, with murder 1, when any judge assigned to the case can see you did murder 1 and lied about your funding, so O'Mara won't get you injected, if he acts out and continues?

    3. What other scrip drugs or street drugs were you on, besides your Temazepam?

    4. Why wasn't your blood tested, after you murdered TM?

    5. Did your tweaking fans kick down more money, after your bail hassle?
"Is this the worst, ever had to go boom-boom, you have, hmmm? Yesss.
