Default Colbert blasts Bush

I can't believe no one else has posted on this yet, I wasn't even going to bother. For those of you that haven't seen it, here's a link. This guy has cahoonas. Freaking hillarious. The second and third parts are what reaaaalllly seemed to have p.o.d. the pres. They weren't even that funny...they were just so in your face "screw you" that everyone had their mouth open in shock. But this first part is brought tears to my eyes a couple times.

Default part 2 of 3 gets worse

This is the part that really p.o.d. the pres from what I understand. This guy wasn't even trying to be all that funny anymore, he was just outright blasting him right to his face.

Default Colbert

is hillarious. I heard his speech on the radio, yesterday. I guess he won't be invited for a return appearance. He made fun of almost everyone. "Bush is a man who believes the same thing on Wednesday as he believed on Monday... no matter what happened on Tuesday."

Bush has got to be like a wet dream for a comedian. The material literally writes itself.

Colbert is funny as hell. I heard the audio from the incident on the radio the other morning. Good start to the day I must admit. On the radio, they said that members of the GOP were walking out they were so offended. Seriously though...what were these knuckleheads thinking? Have they never seen the Colbert Report???

I'm offended that we have a nearly completely incompetent President. Which is worse?

Default yep, and our "liberal" media

sure did take pains to not report this event. Those biased pundits again caught in an orchestrated effort to conceal dubya's embarrassments.

Evidently not. I read that the hosts pronounced "Report" with the "t" sound, which gives you an idea that they didn't know what they were getting themselves into.

There was a discussion on this but it was under Media and Commentators "Bush Lampoons Himself"

http://www.politicalforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=16187

Colbert was extremely funny, it was in your face harsh, but true.

I can see why Bush lovers would hate it, the truth hurts.

Default Oh i see it now

Didn't look there, lol. Anyway, I put links up to it so I guess it deserves a new post considering the amount of downloads it had on youtube. If this guy is so unfunny, as the media and the hardcore right are claiming--why did it have a record number of downloads on youtube??? I guess people like boring themselves to death.

Seriously though, the people in the audience didn't laugh too much because they were afraid too. It was so true sometimes it wasn't funny.

"This President has a great energy policy. Why do you think he's down at the ranch cutting brush all the time? He's trying to create an alternative energy source. By 2008, we will have a mesquite powered car."

How the crowd didn't laugh at that is beyond me. And Bush's face...omg...i thought I was going to die. hahahaha. And of course the media didn't like it much, he blasted them too.
