I don't see how you can jump to that conclusion so easily. She doesn't even talk about her own situation, so how can you claim to know how she feels about it? She doesn'y have to exempt herself. If it's true that her parents weren't citizens when she was born, then she has already benefited from it. She not demanding that they cancel all citizenships for those who have already benefited from the loophole. She's demanding it be stoped immediately.

She also hasn't replied to my email.

Jeez...it's like "innocent before proven guilty" means nothing to you people. She isnt guilty of something simply because you think she is.

From what you have posted so far she is not being hypocritical. Period. Yes, you were wrong.

Unless you can show a quote where she addresses it at all you have no way of knowing that she is a hypocrite.

In order for her to be a hypocrite she would have to have said that she thinks she should be exempt from the law she wants to impose. She has never said that however. So your assumption is just that...an assumption.

Your argument has no merit, so I am not surprised. I am sure she gets bombarded with such questions daily...that was evident from the comments section on her website. She had to disable comments because so many liberals were posting obnoxious (and often racist) insults.

Maybe hypocrite was a poor choice of words. Sometimes in my haste I pick a word that doesn't quite fit the point I'm trying to make.

She is benefiting from a law she vehemently opposes. You understand that right? If it's not hypocritical, it's still disingenuous.

It's like a welfare recipient coming here and writing about how the welfare system is a waste of tax payers money and undermining our cultural values and must be abolished.

If this person were truly sincere, he would have stopped accepting his welfare checks and started looking for a job. Well, if Malkin were sincere, she'd have renounced her citizenship, moved back to the Philippines, and worked to regain her citizenship the old fashion way.

It begs the question- is she sincere about any of her opinions or is she just telling her audience what they want to hear?

Main problem the thread starter has is---

She's successful and isn't on the left.
She also further proves that in general most Americans prefer her views and don't prefer that of Al Franken types.

You ever notice the left is more busy (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)ing about successful people then pointing to successful people..... says a lot.

Not really. Because the welfare recipient had a choice to recieve welfare. Michelle Malkin did not have a choice regarding the circumstances of her birth, or the resulting gift of citizenship.

I disagree. I am sincere about being against abortion even though it will never affect me. I dont need to get a woman pregnant to test my sincerity.

You are biased against her, which is why you make assumptions that people without bias would not.
