Remember about two years ago, when people started chatting up Hillary for presdient, they had a TV show "Commander in Chief" in which Geena Davis played the first female president (mercifully cancelled this january)

Then, when Obama showed up, they had a black president (Dennis Haysbert
) in "24".

Now that Mitt Romney is getting some traction, they have the movie September Dawn, about the infamous Mountain Meadows massacre coming out. Anti-mormonism is one one of the most stubborn american predjudices.

Finally, with Hillary firmly in the lead, "24" producers announce they will have a woman, Cherry Jones, as president.

All coincidences??

It's one of the best shows on TV - in the case of "24", the black president thing is just one of those nods to PC that it seems TV and movies always have to do, but it also does fit in with the larger picture of liberals trying to get people conditioned to certain things.

I love it when drunks use 24 as proof to why we need to be able to torture terrorists, as if the scenario that we have only 24 hours to find a nuclear bomb planted somewhere within the Los Angeles area happens all the time.

My point remains - they try to condition people to think a certain way.

Thankfully, we have Hollywood to bring some balance to the Wall Street News machines. Personally, I would like to see the wisdom of Ed Asner and the committment of Tim Robbins involved directly in the political campaign arena. I'm proud to have them on our side.

Hollywood needs to keep to what it knows best...acting. I couldn't give a rodent's rear what jackholes like Sean Penn and Tim Robbins think. They've lived for years, out of touch with reality.

Then again...living out of touch with reality kinda explains you, as well, COD.
