You're leaving out internet radio, which Arbitron fails to tally. I wouldn't doubt that quite a few million log onto his website, to hear his stream.

How about some links, Buck? I can only get those kinds of numbers for Oprah if I multiply her daily by 5. What I'd like to know is the average number of listeners/watchers for a given 15 minute segment. Do you know any way to find out?

Arbitron doesn't give the numbers out, you have to buy them. That's why most of the numbers you can find come directly from the programming themselves. The numbers I gave are supposedly based on weekly listeners (5 day week).

I do not believe the numbers myself (that's why I didn't post a link) because the manner in which they achieve these numbers seems padded to me.

If you ever find a legitimate link that can provide those numbers I would like to see them myself!

Well Boogie I don't make it a point to listen to Oprah all the time either. But I (*)(*)(*)(*) sure don't listen to Limbaugh on the radio while he has his xanax and oxycontin rushes. What an appropriate name for a big time drug addict, Rush.

I'm a Republican. I occassionally listen to Limbaugh. But his opinions don't influence my opinions OR my vote. Sometimes we agree; sometimes we don't. I think you're placing too much power on one person.

I have heard that Limbaugh has 20 million listeners, that plus how many contribute to Coulter's coffers??

A good percentage of his listeners are Liberals or Democrats...people who disagree with him on almost everything.
