NEW YORK - Fox News’ use of the slogan “Fair and Balanced” constitutes deceptive advertising, two political advocacy groups claimed Monday in a petition filed with the Federal Trade Commission.

Especially since the judge that threw Faux's lawsuit out against Al Franken said that there was basically no way that you could trademark "Fair and Balanced"....
Then he said that Faux's claim was "wholly without merit".....I MUCH better trademark I think...
