NEW YORK - Fox News’ use of the slogan “Fair and Balanced” constitutes deceptive advertising, two political advocacy groups claimed Monday in a petition filed with the Federal Trade Commission.

MoveOn.org and historically nonpartisan Common Cause assert that Fox News’ reports are “deliberately and consistently distorted and twisted to promote the Republican Party of the U.S. and an extreme right-wing viewpoint.”

2) Bush Sucks, He is Satan...He is Hitler...You MUST Vote Democrat

Maybe we should also sue CNN for falsely claiming that they are "the most trusted name in news" or ABC for claiming they provide "News With Solutions" or CBS who claims, "We bring you all the news."

I think every media outlet should have the same slogan since they are all retarded. "We tell you what the news is, and if you try and dispute, we call you a commie."

Especially since the judge that threw Faux's lawsuit out against Al Franken said that there was basically no way that you could trademark "Fair and Balanced"....

Then he said that Faux's claim was "wholly without merit".....I MUCH better trademark I think...
