yea its always hectic during these times, last time there was a top it was frustrating but when it finally goes down thats the best feeling. when it broke the last high it was time to get out but now with re-entry the horrible times are back because you have to figure risk reward how aggressive you want to be etc... how long you been trading forex, how did you get into it.
do you use the fibonacci lines alot in those trades, aud/usd was good long scalp but won't sustain into a new trend because it follows eur/usd which is still predicted to reverse. aud/usd did break that high and went back to october highs it looked weird when the eur/usd was going down it didn't follow. do you think it finally made a top?
eur/usd is heading back down did you lose 2 percent of your standard account? i got in at the very top so didn't have to get out it was merely luck though its very hard to pick tops.
cool looks like a good short, i like to scalp on the retracements but it doesn't look like one tonight. same here the US session is too volatile these days anyway.
euro opening soon, do you trade during the european or US sessions? the asian sessions are said to be more stable and easier.
a harmonic butterfly is in development for the aud/usd , it will go very long if it breaks. i use fxcm for broker you? they do stop hunt on scalps, not swing or long trades. you have to get their premimum account that requires a minimum of 100k to get all their perks. looks like you can still get in the eur/usd before it retraces, sometimes it does it in the middle of the roller coaster ride that is why i like to call tops but its tricky and lost alot of capital before trying to do it with the second to last top it made after it broke that range.
were you able to get in on the eur /usd, aud/ usd still looks in a top range thought it would follow eur/ usd like it always does. usd/ chf is following eur usd in the reversal. do you ever do scalping or day trading, thats the hardest part of this but its what all the millionaire fx traders do? there is alot of slippage one of my stops cut wiped out from a scalp last night, do you think they go stop hunting for scalpers?
the day traders are the millionaires in this, its hard to learn it though still trying to figure a good system out for that. swing trading is easier those are mostly on the longer time frame charts. euro is in reversal how long do you think it will last?
i saw five figures nothing to six though but its hard agreed. are you good with money management or have more losses than wins last year. euro looks in reversal.
i had a scalp for long but it was stopped out, had my stop too close still refining that. you have a standard account?
looks like what ill be doing too, waiting to see what happens during the euro opening in a couple of hours though, maybe go in for a scalp. what kind of leverage do you use ?
hey does it look like its reversing now? the dollar? euro and aussi dollar showing some dojis and reversal techs. not too good here at calling tops and bottoms but will try anyway
