People blame the Palestinians as the source of all evil.

Truth is both sides have done a lot to exacerbate the situation from the 6-Day War on.

Israel no innocent in provocative acts and human rights violations and the Palestinians have no reliable spokesman who can control them and speak for them.

Israel has a right to security and not have it's citizens living under the constant threat of bombing, just as any other country does.

The Palestinians have a right to a viable homeland, economy and security - whether it's enfranchised and equal citizens of Israel or an independent Palestine.

israel doesn't have the obligation to absorb a large hostile population who main religion contains racist hatred toward the jews.

to this: yes, the palestinian homeland needs to be self reliant. independent of israel for its infrastructural needs, such a electricity and water.

there was a time when un res. 194 had a place, but now we have generational hatred established.

it also needs to be remembered that part of this destructive mix was the displacement of some 930,000 jews that lived in arab countries pre '48 and were dispossessed. they are the sephardi jew that now comprises the largest majority of jews in israel.
