no, I didn't know before that you had enmity with me, I thought you hate Iran so you hate me, but I didn't know that if I were beside you, you would have killed me. that's the difference between hate and enmity.

That isnt democracy. They are effectively your aristocracy.

If you really believe what you are saying, why are you agitating for change at all? You just said that they know better than you...so why should you have a voice in government if that is true?

We choose to elect people from one of two major parties in the US. But we are not limited to those parties. We can vote for whoever we want. I could even write-in myself, and it would be a valid vote.

Iranians do not have that luxury. They cannot vote for anyone the Guardian Council dissapproves of. So when you said Iran was no different from us, that statement is fact factually incorrect.

because the guardian council currently is not what it should be. it should be consisted of non-political mujtahids. today it's far from that. they're taking side in elections. this is not what it supposed to be. I mean, they shouldn't deny someone's right to be elected for the sake of being a reformist. also they shouldn't have right to veto parliament's decisions. these are the changes I have in mind.
